Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and any funds or bonuses will be forfeited. Members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but may be asked to verify if accessing from the same device or network.

Inactive Account Policy: Accounts with no login or transaction for 12 months will be marked as "inactive". A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may apply to inactive accounts — if the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

• For football — bets will be settled based on the result at the time if at least 70 minutes of play have been completed
• For rescheduled matches — the bet remains valid if the match is played on the new date, provided it falls within 48 hours of the original date
• In accumulator bets — if one match is cancelled, that selection will be treated as odds of 1.00

If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Sports Bet BD reserves the right to void that bet. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.

Maximum Bet Limit: Maximum bet limits vary by market. Sports Bet BD reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any member, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

Every bonus and promotion on Sports Bet has its own terms. The general conditions that apply across all offers are listed below:

• Wagering: To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the equivalent amount a specified number of times. The wagering requirements for each offer are stated separately.
